GoDaddy Bookkeeping App Reviews

This app wouldnt let me on unless i got on their website to create an account then when i tried to create one it wanted me to subscribe monthly:/. Total bs. Deleted the app.

I consider it a must have app because of the solid information I need to manage my web business AND not be stressed out each quarter for tax time. Wouldnt consider doing business online without GoDaddy Online Bookkeeping!

According to a small business platform source, I was told that this bookkeeping service was free. With excitement, I went ahead to download the app only to find out that I have to register and subscribe monthly.

This platform is actually very nice and easy. Makes for a great book keeping setup for my small business. Although there are other solutions out there this one has great reporting features and built in bank reconciliation that most other cheap solutions do not.

Whether this app is good or not (I wouldnt know), it is misleading that they dont tell you upfront what it costs. I just wasted more than an hour trying to get in to set it up. Finally I landed on the GoDaddy page (no idea how that happened), but then I saw it is not GoDaddy but an outsourced app. Reviews seem good, but again, save our time and energy and tell us what we will need to pay. And thats per month btw.

Does what its designed to do, but Ive noticed that the app has quite a few bugs. Unbilled hours zero out when switching between menus, and then invoices zero out as well. Then its unable to fetch any info from linked accounts. Only way to fix this is to force-close the app, then reopen it.

90% of the time the app doesnt load the data. Just a blank screen. So irritated that its so difficult to check my finances. Seems like ever since GoDaddy bought Outright its gone downhill. Not happy that Im paying $120 a year for crap.

I signed up for this service and downloaded the app last year, and it had been great. I have a small business and this has been just right. Not too complicated. It had made accounting a snap.

Used over a year, then get notified to continue using Ill have to pay 9.99 a month. No thank u! Its not that great!

The app doesnt add much benefit, but GoDaddy bookkeeping is great for automatically importing data from all your accounts, including e-commerce like Etsy and PayPal. For $10/month its a much better value than the other bookkeeping programs. It also imports the data with no complications. Just be sure to read the help section so you dont accidentally count any income or expenses twice when its just transferring within your multiple accounts.

For whatever reason I cant login. I have entered the CORRECT login information numerous times. However, it keeps denying it

It does a good job downloading data from the various sources. Its great fir sorting etsy and paypal fees. It not good at sorting stuff like local business store purchases or even some online ones that i would think would be sorted. Its not easy either to categorize items that arent. You have to go though multiple screens to edit them.

Great app to organize a small business. Makes tax time a breeze. The charts give me a quick view of my business income and expenses.
